What You’ll Need:

1 – Good Clean Spray Bottle
11 – Ounces of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 -3 – Ounces of Worcestershire sauce
1 – Ounce of Colgin Liquid smoke
5 – Ounces of Apple Juice
3 – Shots of Jim Beam Black (or other bourbon whiskeys)
1 – Funnel

We recommend using a stainless steel sprayer rather than a standard plastic spraying bottle.  Plastic bottles degrade from the vinegar over time and can become a health hazard.

The Main ingredient is Vinegar; vinegar is great for cooking with in many ways, indoors and out. Using a funnel pour vinegar into the spray bottle or roughly 2/3 to 3/4 of the bottle.

Add the rest of the ingredients. If you add you some Jim Beam or you can use whatever bourbon you like, just add about three ounces or three shots that will be just fine and for those of you that frown upon alcohol you can just leave it out, but remember that any of the alcohol it will evaporate during the cooking process leaving just that good flavor of the charred oak barrels it was aged in.

Put the top on it and shake well, you are now ready to spray some food!

So If you wanna do a little better on the grill or with your barbecue this can really add a lot to your cooking. Check out our Grilled Bacon Cheddar Chicken Bombs recipe and see how we use this Spray to make those babies really pop!
